Our Team

DRIVEN, SHARP, DYNAMIC.

A Culinary Prism

Each member of our culinary family brings a unique flavour to the table, blending their diverse backgrounds and experiences into a harmonious symphony of tastes and techniques. From classically trained chefs to inventive culinary artists, every hand that touches our dishes crafts a masterpiece with love and precision.

But it’s not just about the food, it’s about the collective journey and the shared pursuit of excellence. The camaraderie within our team is palpable, creating a work environment that fosters creativity and encourages collaboration.

Kiko, Our Accomplished Chef de Cuisine

Originally from Bali, Kiko learned the art of sushi from his grandparents at a young age. He supported his sister in running their family’s restaurant in Bali before becoming part of the opening team at Glass Kitchen, following seven years of work with chef Keith. Despite holding a degree in Economics, Kiko pursued his culinary passion. Besides his culinary expertise, Kiko is well-versed in agriculture and distinguishing between high-quality and inferior produce. His culinary expertise elevates every dining experience, making him a true asset to the team. Currently, he is proudly backing Chef Keith representing Canada in the 2025 Bocuse D’or national competition.

Nina, Our Sous Chef, Brings Passion, Creativity, and Precision to Every Dish

Originally from the Philippines, she is a graduate of George Brown College’s Culinary Management program and has honed her skills in several Toronto kitchens. With a strong foundation in both savoury and pastry, Nina has a natural flair for creating inventive desserts that blend global flavours and thoughtful technique. Her dedication to the craft and love for experimentation shine through in everything she puts on the plate.
